Refund policy

At Shryoan Cosmetics, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our returns and refund policy.

Replacement and Cancellation

- Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Please note that only orders or items that have not been shipped can be canceled.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@shryoan.com with your reasons for cancellation. Once your order has been processed by us, it cannot be canceled.
- If you need to cancel an item in your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please be aware that once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the seal intact.
- Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
  - The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
  - The serial number or batch number is tampered with.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team for further instructions. You may be required to provide proof of purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchange

- If you would like to exchange your product for another one of the same or lesser price, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
